Adjustment of Cancellation Policy and Minimum Participant Numbers

Dear visitors, educators, parents, and children,

For nearly 20 years, you have placed your trust in us — and for that, we are sincerely grateful. During this time, we have been able to keep our course fees largely stable. However, due to current circumstances, a moderate adjustment has now become necessary.

The following regulations will apply from September 1, 2026:

1. Group Size and Minimum Number of Participants

Please note that, as of the upcoming winter semester, our courses will require a minimum of 12 participants.
If this minimum number is not reached, the course fee will be charged at a flat rate equivalent to 12 participants.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can still be made free of charge by email or phone up to five business days before the start of the internship.
For cancellations made after this deadline, a cancellation fee of €50 will apply.
